We can currently produce injection moulded parts from 0.1 g - 7.4 kg with our modern machinery. In addition to the standard 1-component injection moulding process, we also offer production with 2-component and 3-component processes. Different materials (e.g. hard and soft components, multicoloured etc.) can be combined depending on the application and customer requirements. We offer our customers professional and, if required, fully automated production of plastic parts (removal robots, optical/sensory quality inspection)

for small series and large series with a maximum tool weight of up to 12t. In addition to our strengths in multi-component injection moulding and the production of smooth and high-gloss surfaces, we also offer you other processes such as the overmoulding of metal inserts (threaded screws, screws, pins, etc.), the in-mould labelling process (film back injection), the GID process (gas injection moulding) and post-production surface refinements (printing, vapor deposition, painting, labelling).

Our machinery currently consists of more than 70 injection moulding machines made by Arburg, Engel, Krausmaffei and Demag and has a closing force of 35t - 1600t. This enables us to produce injection mouldings from 0.1g - 7.4kg.

We work with semi- and fully-automated handling systems as well as computer-monitored process control. This enables us to guarantee our customers consistently high quality.
